SUSAN BIJL for Boijmans
We first released this collaboration back in 2021 with the Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen, as a homage to Rotterdam's newest architectural icon. Just like the Depot's mirrored surface, the pouch reflects everything around it.
The Depot is the world's first fully publicly accessible art depot, located next to the Boijmans Van Beuningen Museum in the Museumpark in Rotterdam. The building is a mirrored, bowl-shaped design by architecture firm MVRDV, in which the museum's complete art collection is stored, cared for, and displayed behind the scenes of the art world. In addition to storage space, the depot features exhibition halls, a restaurant, and a rooftop terrace.
This product is made from waterproof, fluorine-free ripstop nylon with 100% recycled yarn, dyed under Bluesign® certification.
